Billing and Due Dates

Over the years Ozark Electric Cooperative has billed all members on the 20th of the month.  Beginning in June, 2008 we will have three billing cycles.  We will send out bills on the 10th, 20th and 30th.  Your bill date may change next month when we begin cycle billing.

If your bill date does not work for you, just let us know.  You can choose which of the three bill dates works best for your cash flow.

• Questions concerning your electric bill should be directed to the Billing Department at (417) 466-2144 or between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

• Please notifying us of address or telephone number changes
