VOTING INFORMATION

MEMBERS - YOU HAVE THREE WAYS TO VOTE IN 2025!

VOTE EARLY AT ALL THREE OFFICES

Early in-person voting will be available at all three offices (Mt. Vernon, Nixa, Cape Fair) leading up to Annual Meeting. Those utilizing the early voting option will receive a $10.00 electricity bill credit and be entered into the attendance prize drawing. No meal or registration gift provided with early voting.  See below for early voting times.

VOTE IN-PERSON AT ANNUAL MEETING

Attend the 89th Annual Meeting in-person on Friday, July 25 to register, vote, and take advantage of all in-person attendee benefits including a registration gift, lunch, $10.00 electricity bill credit, attendance prize drawing, live music, grand prize drawing, and more! Business meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. - must stay until the end to be eligible for grand prizes.

VOTE BY DRIVE-THRU AT ANNUAL MEETING

Choose the drive-thru option at the 89th Annual Meeting on Friday, July 25 and stay in your vehicle to register and vote with the help of our staff! Drive-thru attendees receive a registration gift, $10.00 electricity bill credit, and are entered into the attendance prize drawing. No meal is provided in the drive-thru lines.

EARLY VOTING

Early in-person voting will be available at all three OEC offices (Mt. Vernon, Nixa, and Cape Fair) ahead of the 89th Annual Meeting.

  • Saturday, July 19:  8:00 AM-12:00 PM
  • Sunday, July 20:  NO VOTING
  • Monday, July 21:  6:30 AM-5:30 PM
  • Tuesday, July 22:  6:30 AM-5:30 PM
  • Wednesday, July 23:  6:30 AM-5:30 PM
  • Thursday, July 24:  6:30 AM-5:30 PM
  • Friday, July 25:  Voting will be held between 10:30 AM-1:00 PM at the Annual Meeting.

for District 2, 3, and 9 Board Directors to serve a three (3) year term.
